Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the SimpliList mobile app, SimpliList product pages, and related services. By using SimpliList, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use SimpliList.
What SimpliList does
SimpliList helps you create grocery lists, share a household list, mark items while shopping, save shopping history, attach receipt notes, and receive reminders when enabled.
Smart suggestions and reminders are intended to help with planning, but they may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking your list before shopping.
Your content
You keep ownership of the grocery items, notes, receipt photos, history, and other content you add to SimpliList.
You give Simplitica the limited rights needed to store, process, sync, display, and back up that content so the app can work.
Shared lists
If you invite someone to a shared list, they may be able to view, add, edit, and remove list items. Only invite people you trust.
Shared-list access is managed through Apple iCloud sharing controls.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require SimpliList Pro or another paid plan. Prices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store unless otherwise stated.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use SimpliList to violate the law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse shared-list invitations.
Avoid adding highly sensitive personal, health, financial, or credential information to grocery notes or receipt fields unless it is necessary for your own use.
Third-party services
SimpliList may rely on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Apple iCloud, speech recognition, notifications, and optional processing providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We work to keep SimpliList reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
SimpliList is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplitica disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplitica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or costs of substitute services.
Termination
You may stop using SimpliList at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the app unlawfully.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of SimpliList means you accept the updated terms.
