This Privacy Policy applies to the SimpliList mobile app, SimpliList product pages, and related support and billing communications.

SimpliList is designed for grocery planning, household list sharing, shopping history, reminders, and receipt notes.

You may add grocery items, categories, notes, shopping status, trip receipts, receipt photos, store names, and purchase history.

If you use voice input, iOS speech recognition may convert what you say into text so SimpliList can add items to your list.

If you share a list with family, Apple iCloud sharing may use the Apple IDs, phone numbers, or email addresses involved in the invite.

If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message.

SimpliList uses your information to run the app, sync shared lists, save shopping history, show suggestions, schedule reminders you enable, attach receipt photos, support purchases, and respond to support requests.

Most grocery list information is stored on your device. Shared household lists use Apple iCloud so invited participants can see the same list.

Smart reminders are based on repeated purchase history. SimpliList does not send reminders from a single purchase or before enough history has been collected.

Some advanced features may require optional processing outside your device. SimpliList asks before using those features if they are available.

You can decline optional processing and continue using the core grocery list features.

SimpliList Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment details under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your grocery list, receipt, or shopping history information.

We share information only as needed to operate SimpliList, such as with Apple services for App Store purchases, iCloud sharing, device permissions, and system notifications.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

You can edit or delete items in the app, manage shared-list access through Apple’s sharing controls, disable notifications in iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions through your Apple ID.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your device and Apple ID protected.

SimpliList keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain purchase records, support shared lists, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

SimpliList is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above.
